While buying a house and poping the hookpoints, i could find some but not all the features proposed in 1.65 :
Are OK :
- Bind
- Border Portal Keep Teleporter
- Capital City Teleporter
- vaults (personnal and house)
- siege craft merchant
Are already provided but I have not tested yet :
- piper
- smith
- enchanter
- emblemeer
- healer
- recharger
- craft equipments : forge, alchemy table, lathe
Are MISSING :
- Border Non-portal Keep Teleporter
- Shrouded Isles Teleporter (should not yet be available : waiting for SI ;) )
- Apprentice Tradeskills Merchant
- Grandmaster Tradeskills Merchant
- Spellcrafting Merchant
- Alchemy Merchants (2 sets of two merchants, configured differently )
1. Buy a Terrain and House in Housing
2. Pop Hookpoints
3. Check available merchants
You are supposed to be able to craft in your house and so should be able to buy materials
