Paralyze shield style dmg is capped at 1. I am not sure about the other shield styles, but fairly certain they are incorrect, also.
1. Take a mob
2. Try to Paralyze it
3. Stun works, dmg only 1 everytime
Not sure there is anything else to report...
There should be some sort of dmg component in addition to the stun.
Test it -- it happens everytime.
