2147: Alb epic Rebellion accepted (lvl 30) step#10 not enough xp

Description

Alb Shadow epic lvl 30 'Rebellion accepted' step 10 gives only 240.000xp, confirmed on level 30 Cabby and lvl 30 Necro (grouped at the time)
this is less xp than a green kill, not in line with other epic quest xp

Reproduction Steps

1. get Alb shadow epic
2. get to step 10 of Rebellion accepted
3. find Assassin on SW landing (just stand there for a min)
4. kill Assasin
5. get quest reward and not enough xp

Intended Behavior

change xp up to normal level of epic quests, don't know exact numbers for level 30
