diamond seals via hulks and knights are pretty low.
here hulks drops 2 and some only 1 diamond seals.
i am not sure if in live hulks drop more, like 3-4, so if anyone knows please tell us.
also some knights they don't drop seals at all and most of them drop 1. i am pretty sure on live they drop 2

hulks and knights are powerful mobs. so i say make a chance from 2 and 1 seals from hulks too 3 and 2 .
and for knights from 1 and 0 make it 2 and 1
i dont think this kind of bug need some video or image evidence. just check it
