Description

Ranger Missing Specialization Points on character that was already almost 30 then did the /level 30 level 32 specialization is 1005 should be 1040

Reproduction Steps

1.Respec to see if it would fix
2.had a another ranger spec to see if specialization points was the same or more
3.

Intended Behavior

Fix specialization points then have All Rangers Respc All
