Mobs that charmable type by minstrel but are not charmable.
1. select mob
2. use minstrel charm spell
3. error given that mob is not charmable
please make mobs charmable by minstrel charm of appropriate level

ellyl champion - should be in plate armor and 2H weapon
pygmy goblin tangler - unable to charm as of 07/18/16 - could charm previously (charmed on 07/16/16)
