Outside Fort Atla the water snakes have been set to the correct, that is all except 1 that appears to still be level 3.
Related issue #0336: Water Snake Not Proper Level [resolved]
1. Take a lvl 1 character to Fort Atla
2. Go of of Fort Atla to loc 28k 21k (out of the gate and slightly left.
3. There is one water snake that cons red while the rest con blue (to level 1).
Change the level of the level 3 water snake to level 0 like the rest of the water snakes.
