Curmudgeon puggars in Mount Collory (lvl 39-41 mobs) drop Sleeves of Might, a level 9 (Armor factor 18) leather sleeves. The drop is 30 levels too low for the mob you are killing.
1. Go to Mount Collory to curmudgeon village
2. Kill puggars till you get the drop
3. witness the ac 18 (lvl 9) stats on the sleeves
Perhaps give them a drop that someone killing these might want? or at least take the sleeves off their table, it is a waste space in inventory.
No evidence, it's just 30 levels too low for the mob it drops off of.
