i recognized a bug. but the mids are not reporting it. so i do it here.
don't have mid chars so i can't test it by myself, but the bug is obviously.
the self haste from savages and the healer haste buff can't be used at the same time.
1. get on a savage.
2. get a haste buff from an aug healer
3. cast your self haste buff.
if the savage has a haste buff from a healer and uses his own self haste. he should get a resist msg, because he allready has a haste buff up.
you should only be able to have 1 haste buff up at a time. maybe the same problem is for other haste buffs like vw or friar or maybe haste charge, but have to test it.
this is only for svg haste + healer haste. svg haste + healer celerity or healer haste + healer celerity should stack.

The Savage’s Self Haste spells will now co-exist with other, longer duration, haste buffs. Only the highest value active haste will affect the character if multiple effects are up.
