My ranger is a lvl 30, specced 30 in bow. When trying to equip a bow, more specific Runic Bow (red con now), I receive a message saying "you have no skill in using this wepon type or cannot use it yet".
I dont see why I should not be able to use this related to my skill, 30 in bow.
1. check the item database and see if any error with this bow
2. try to equip it

I figure that all bows should be possible to wear right away.
