2225: [Alb] Quest "Tale of Druids" is missing

Description

As a level 10 Mercenary, I talked to Vadri Pade in Camelot. She did not offer me the "Tale of Druids" quest.

Reproduction Steps

1. Take a level 10+ toon to Camelot
2. Talk to Vadri Pade
3. Notice she doesn't give you the "Tale of Druids" quest.

Intended Behavior

Vadri Pade should offer all level 10+ players the "Tale of Druids" quest.
