Description

Repaired "Burr's Troll-Carver" at Kiarr <Smith> in JH

Reproduction Steps

1. obtain "Burr's Troll-Carver"
2. Damage "Burr's Troll-Carver"
3. Repair "Burr's Troll-Carver" for "0 Copper"

Intended Behavior

<Smith> Should charge the correct amount for repairing the weapon.

Evidence

Smithing is hard work man ... they should get paid.
