broken justons in varern swamp haste debuff works like celerity at the end ,so you hit faster
also the drop rate for vial bog jewel is really broken
i killed 75 mobs and no drop.
1) find broken jutons in vs 48,7loc
2) fight with it and wait to haste debuff you
3) kill like 50 with the wrong celerity you have and wait for drop
fix mobs debuffs so maybe can be harser more and increase the drop rate
the evidence is that the haste debuff that broken jutons do on players works like celerity.
drop rate maybe on jutons with some bug or is broken or in 1.65?
