As a Fletcher, when you buy feathers, they are grey and will give a conformation box asking are you sure you want them.
1. Make a Fletcher
2. Go to Cam City and buy feathers
3. Get dialogue box asking if you are sure you want them.
Make feathers ok for Fletchers to buy without question.
If Feathers are outlawed, only outlaws will have feathers!
