My ISP Has been spotty at best lately and dropping connection often.
My issue is most of the times when i go LD I come back at my bind spot rather then where i go LD, sometimes I come back in just random places I wasnt at.
Today while crafting in Camelot i went LD and came back in CS, earlier i went LD in hall of the corrupt and also Dodens and came back in at bind point.
I have had this happen in the BG's, dungeons ( not only rvr ) like barrows ect.
Also a lot of the time when i LD i have an issue where the server doesnt close my account and for sometimes as long as 15mins i can't get back in game as it says account is already logged in.

3. Not sure where you would have to look to see what the problem is.
Not really sure how you would fix this or even reproduce a LD
Evidence is if i go LD in camelot i should come back in camelot, not ported to my bind location.
