Description

I encountered two issues when comparing the presently valid Uthgard-2.0-version of the Darkness Falls drop "Kobil's Flawless Fiery Seal" to the sources:

1) Quickness has wrong value (25 pts)

2) Damage shield damage has wrong value (3.8)

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Darkness Falls
2. Get the above mentioned item
3. Compare its stats to the sources and notice that they are wrong

Intended Behavior

Implement the correct value as follows:

1) Quickness: 24 pts

2) Damage shield damge: 5.1
