All chopper trainees (tested in Cruachan Gorge and Mt Collory the ones I could find) have very slow movement speed (< half normal). Other Choppers around have normal speed for NPCs though some Master Choppers also have slowed one but couldn't isolate spawns.
1. Port to location 34941, 25214 in Mount Collory.
2. Look around you (E - NE) and pull a chopper trainee roaming around.
3. Notice very, very slow movement speed.
4. Pull another chopper type.
5. Notice normal movement speed.
Change chopper trainee speed to match normal chopper speed.
As a note, I do not know if this was "as designed" for the official 1.65 period and couldn't find anything about it. It could be possible that these mobs were also moving weird during 1.65.
None whatsoever apart from the fact that any caster/ranged class can abuse these mobs like crazy since they move so slow...
