Meriach, quest mob for Step 2 of Criostoin's Promise does not give the item when rightclicked (lvl 31 Enchanter). She is supposed to give a wand and directions to continue the quest.
Also when I /s 'Criostoin's Promise' she says 'Just because you wear that ring does not mean you are worthy of it."
1. start epics for path of essence
2. get to quest Criostoin's Promise, Step 2
3. try to get quest item or advance by talking to Meriach
