All spell casts are currently delayed by about 100ms on average for some reason. Everything else seems to be running fine, so it looks like a bug in the spell casting logic.
1. Cast any random set of spells
2. View server log, and watch for callback took ___ms warnings
Spellcasting should be lightweight, and not taking >100ms
