After Blues fix, hastedebuffs do decrease attackspeed, but at the same time increasing basedamage per swing. This results in not decreasing DPS as it should.
1. Fight a Mob, note the average damage the Mob is doin per swing
2. Hastedebuff the same Mob-type in a second fight
3. The swingspeed of the mob decrease, the Damage of the mob per swing increase, DPS of the mob stays the same.
Hastedebuffs should decrease the base dps through slower attacks, but increase the styledamage per swing (not the Basedamage).
