Intermitently the affect 'target moves 60% slower for 14 seconds' would work and I could run from mobs. Other times the mob was not slowed and could keep up with me while running. This is the Midgard Spear Style that follows 'Engage'. Many times the mobs could catch me the FIRST time I tried the combo yet after the SECOND time the mobs were slowed. I saw no message of the affect being resisted multiple times when checking backwards through my text.
1. Hit any yellow or higher mob with Spear style Engage, then with Wounding Thrust.

Either fix the messages so I know if the mob resisted or fix the affect so it happens if there is no resist message.
My only proof is that the behavior is not consistent.
