RM Spec nuke got damage variance killing blue con mobs. A spec nuke shouldn't have any variance killing yellow or lower
1. Create a RM
2. Get lvl 5 Suppression
3. nuke a blue mob
Spec nukes shouldn't have variance in damage, this is a major reason u get them
