The Dull Asterite Runed Staff is equippable by non runemaster classes. The staff should only be equippable by Runemasters as stated in the staff's delve window.
1. Pick up the dull asterite runed staff
2. equip on non runemaster classes
3. see that it equips
Ensure that the staff is only equipable by Runemasters and not other classes.
Weapons that state that they are usable by a certain class should not be equippable by others outside that class. Again, ensure that the dull asterite runed staff (which states usable by runemasters) is only equippable by runemasters. Right now it is not doing that as I have been using it on my bonedancer.
