2350: Snare poison effect breaks on damage

Description

The NS/Inf/SB snare poison is currently breaking if the affected target is receiving damage. Assasin snare posion never worked that way... even if the target is receiving damage, the effect should last till it is running out or purge is used.

Level 3 - minor imbalancing poison
Level 8 - lesser imbalancing poison
Level 13 - major imbalancing poison
Level 18 - greater imbalancing poison
Level 23 - minor crippling poison
Level 27 - lesser crippling poison
Level 31 - major crippling poison
Level 42 - greater crippling poison

Those should be changed to not break on damage.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create an assasin class and spec into poison skill.
2. Apply snare poison to your weapons and hit a target (mob or player).
3. Hit your target once more and try to move away, you will see the snare effect is gone.

Intended Behavior

The effect of snare poison should not break on damage, it should last till it is running out or purge is used. Just make it impossible to break snare poison by causing damage to your opponent.

As you can see, those guys are still snared after a couple of hits.
