2360: Aug Acuity Doesn't Work for Necromancer

Description

Aug Acuity Does Not Work For necromancer.
Damage does not increase while below cap damage for a spell.

Reproduction Steps

1. Roll Necro
2. Check damage vs even con mob
3. Spec Aug Acuity 5
4. Check damage again
5. See no damage increase

Intended Behavior

Fix Aug Acuity to increase spell damage
