Skald Epic quest line quest Blessed Enchantments step 3 calls for you to give a liver to Tyia, when you turn it in her dialog asks for something else. If you ignore the dialog and still drop the liver to her it does progress to the next step.
1. Have a timberland beaver's liver in your inventory
2. Be on the quest step 3 Blessed Enchantments calling for the turn in to Tyia
3. Click on Tyia and see her dialog asks for something other than the liver.
It's supposed to ask for the specific item you was told to go get.
I'm just guessing that if a quests asks you for 1 thing then on turn in it should ask for the thing it told you to go get.
