Stealth run speed is faster than normal unstealthed sprint speed when SoS is active.
1. Create minstrel
2. Stealth. Look at how slow you run.
3. Pop Speed of Sound
4. Stealth again.
5. Notice the difference in stealthed speeds
Stealth speed should go back to normal. I do not remember ever having a boosted stealth run speed. I cannot find any data to prove this though.
I do not have any proof. I am pretty sure it is not supposed to be like this though. Tried googling it with no luck.
