When you hit skill x99 and visit your trainer, your skill isn't automatically increased to (x+1)00
When you craft again, you will receive +1 skill point - no matter if you actually gained a skill point via crafting (then you will have gained 2 skill points) or you didn't receive a skill point - you will still have magically gained 1.
1. create crafter
2. skill till x99
3. talk to trainer
4. take a look at crafting window - skill still at x99 and no higher material recipes available
5. craft another piece
6. take a look at the crafting window - magically the skill increased by +1
Your trainer should give you the skill point, immediately when talking to him.
Hitting x99, talking to trainer -> skill (x+1)00 and new recipes available.
Kind of obvious that the current behavior is buggy.
