I am currently 1040 AC and have made at least 4 99s, and 1 MP Arcanium Reinforced Gauntlets out of a batch of 21 to make.
These con yellow to craft at my current level.
1. make an AC of 1000 or a bit more.
2. try to craft Arcanium Reinforced Gauntlets
3. get several 99s/MPs
check the mechanics of the item, or all 1000+ items, since I have not seen this behavior before now.
at least 5 99/MP out of 21 on a yellow con to craft should be evidence enough.
