Using "Ichor of the Deep" while your target is not in line of sight will trigger the cooldown without any effect.

1. Create a Shaman and get the RA "Ichor of the Deep".
2. Choose any target and make sure to face away.
3. Now use "Ichor of the Deep" and you will get the message "Your target is not in view" but the cooldown will still trigger.
You could for example check how instant spells (dd/mezz/stun) are implemented and make "Ichor of the Deep" behave the same way. So if the target is not infront of you and you press the button, you should be told "Your target is not in view" but at the same time, the skill shouldn't be set on cooldown timer.
