When I took slashing weapons to level 2, I received Ruby Slash. It's tooltip reports high endurance cost, no damage, and no attack/defense bonus.
1. Level slashing weapons to level 2
2. Equip ruby slash
3. Mouseover or delve to see information
The tooltip and delve should be edited to reflect the correct endurance cost and bonuses.
I think anyone who has looked at the ruby slash tooltip can verify.
