While trying different specs on my Armsman I noticed that I am suddenly unable to spec 50 Pole / 42 Shield / 39 Crush - I only have 2929 skill points to allocate compared to the proper 2979 at level 50.
1.Tried reproducing the bug with a second armsman and respeccing 20+ times

Respecs should give back the same fixed amount of points without loss
Points should not be lost while respeccing a character
