I am a Level 12 NS and I use Celtic Dual style "Snow Shower" on a green water beetle run away turn around and instant dd it ( which breaks the styles 12 sec snare)
1. spec in Celtic duel till level 8 I guess? (I'm 12 nightshade)
2. Perform Snow Shower on mob and run, then instant dd it (or do other dmgs maybe)?
3. Notice snare is gone.
I think that they are supposed to pursist regaurdless of being hit, I could be wrong.
I have no evidence maybe someone else can enlighten me but I thought stylized snares stuck regardless of dmg
