when you target the npc and type /whisper vision of Loki
nothing happen
1. take the lvl 43 epic quest from Inaksha in the tower of Haggerfel
2. go to Mimir near Shaman Trainer in Jhordeim
3. interact with her, click dialoque case sensitive words, then press enter and type: /whisper vision of loki
when the player target Mimir and type /whisper vision of Loki
the journal should be unpdated to step #2
it's a step of epic quest
epic quest is needed for epic armour and starting jewels
i'm pretty sure that stay stuck sto step #1 was not intended from developers
