DoTs in the Painworking line are not critting despite speccing high in Master of the Arcane. DoTs should crit.
1. Roll a necro
2. Spec painworking
3. DoT anything over and over
4. See there are no crits
Set the crit chance on DoTs to the appropriate level and make sure Mastery of the Arcane is affecting it.
I had over 100 casts with 0 crits despite having Mastery o the Arcane 4. There are strings o bad RNG but this is obviously broken.
