After a succesful quickcast, spellcasting is blocked by the casttime of the spell quickcasted.
1. Get a caster with a long casting time for a spell (summonings)
2. Quickcast the summon
3. watch how QC is useless because it blocks you from casting a spell for the amount of time the spell would take without QC.
Say the cast takes 6 seconds to cast without quickcast. QCing it makes it take 1½sec, and it will block you for the remaining 4½ sec the initial cast would take.
Intended behavior is to cast the spell with QC and let you cast a spell right after.
Common sense plus my memory from live. This should not require any evidence, as it is fairly selfevident it is not intended behavior.
