Someting is wrong with the Buff Calculation Formular.
On a Mid Healer for example,
you need to have
42 Aug // +15 in Aug Skill (if this matters 50+) // and MoArc 5
to cap your base str spell
1. Make a Healer lvl 50
2. Try to give him Cap buffs for his own buffs
3. Use tools like, Skill/+Skill/MoArcane
Check the Formular. Heared something about rounding issues.
Should be more easy to reach Cap Buffs
Check it out.
