Horses leaving Malmo near bridge to Arothi market move slower than normal foot movement. Also horses from Arothi Market to housing entrance move slower than normal foot movement.

2. hop on a horse
3. see how slow they move.
set the horse speed to correct setting, they way they are set now you can move faster on foot not sprinting
