When checking for a mob called "unseelie envoy" i found some patchnotes saying something about a roaming caravan of that "unseelie envoy" and "sibra escort" and "supernatural stallion".
I checked the area they are supposed to roam but there is only a spot at loc 12k 30k with 1 stallion and 1-2 escort.
1. Travel to bog of cullen
2. Check locs 9313, 32346
3. See any mobpack roaming ?
Add the roaming mobpack and add the unseelie envoy entirely :p

Comment from 2004 giving more info what how many mobs were roaming together:
"These all come in a pack as if they were all stacked on top of one another. They travel slowly until they aggro, then they sprint and hit hard. All deep purple at level 37 and they wasted 3 50s with no problem. In the pack are 3 supernatural stallions, 2 Siabra escorts, and 1 unseelie envoy. The names make it sound as if the unseelie are sending someone to negotiate with the Siabra.
I was neutral to all but the Unseelie apparently because they whacked the &#^$ out of me and I went down in 2 seconds. I ran out of the way, but when I clicked on the horses and the siabra they were neutral, so I decided to watch them walk by. BIG mistake :P"

- A bug was found with the path of the Unseelie Envoy and his escort. His escorts and stallions should no longer decide that the trip to the Bog is not worth their time and cross through Innis to return home. This group may now also show up during the day or night (previously, he only came out in the day).
