I am about 150 skill in Tailoring
I am Salvaging Tanned Mjuklaedar Boots by rightclicking one of the boots and clicking salvaging.
the salvaging progression bar finishes and then stays filled for about 2 times the time the progression bar needed.
seems in this case the progression bar takes 3 seconds, and after that another 9 (approximately) seconds to disappear.
1. craft something (Tailoring in my case, level 150)
2. Richtclick that item and choose Salvage.
3. Check the progression bar - after it finishes the windows stays open for alot longer.
Have the progression bar dissappear after it finishes.
Or, if the timer of the progression bar is wrong, make the progression bar slower.
I would put logic as my only evidence, i dont have or know how to find video's from old classic about this matter.
