Step 4 of "Association" (level 3) quest requires you to return to your trainer for reward. My (rogue, cotswold) trainer did not offer reward.
1. Create level 3 rogue
2. Get and complete Association quest
3. Try to get reward from trainer
Fix rogue trainer in Cotswold so that he offers reward.
All quests should have the appropriate reward at the end, this one does not offer the reward.
