(repost issue 2569 as I closed it on accident) Glimmer watchers do not drop Deathmoon Rapiers on Uthgard currently. This has been confirmed by Gnome and Blue via this thread:

Based on the information provided I am sure that this item has dropped. It is very unlikely that somebody gave false information in 2003 about obtaining it in a comment, a third party website providing the same false information and lastly a 2002 official strategy guide being incorrect.

- This shows the mob dropping it in 2006 http://web.archive.org/web/20060111135222/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/search.html?cmob=3212 shows that it does indeed drop it although it stated as later.
