After using an Elixir of Instant Power ( The lvl 1000 pot ) I still have to wait 3 sec before I can cast a spell.
1. Use the pot.
2. Try to cast immidiately after using the pot.
3. Get the message : You have to wait 3 seconds before casting.
I should be able to cast right after using the pot.
