Not gamebreaking but it may confuse people.
When using a debuff(5sec cooldown) or bolt (20sec cooldown) or any RA (5-30min cooldown) and then for example going to recreate or reorganize your quickbarslots and put new icons of your just used spell/RA, the cooldown-timer will always start to display the maximum duration for its cooldown.
Example for boltspell: Different displaying cooldowns if you used bolt and dragdrop new bolts onto your bar, each will always start their own cooldown as 20seconds.

Or if you launched MCL(5min cooldown)and wait X seconds, put a new MCLicon on your quickbar it will display the cooldown starting at 5:00, even if its not true. Its just a displayissue, but still odd.
1. Log any class having access to debuff, bolt or RA
2. Place spell /ra on your quickbar
3. Use your spell and get the cooldown
4. Now drag+drop a new icon for same spell/ra
5. Notice the timer seems to incorrectly starting from 100% cooldownduration.
Fix the display if possible. Even if you remaking or optimizing your qbars the cooldown for each spell/RA should always refresh and show the correct cooldown.
Cooldown displays were made to make it easier, not to confuse people!
Gonna add live fraps later, if really neeeded^^
