Mids lost relic at mjollner 1 hour and 39 min ago there are no guards repoping outside of keep only a few inside
1. kill guards at relic keep
2. open doors
3. wait for repop
not sure on repop timer for guards but I know it should be faster than 1 hour
all I can offer is years of playing this game guards usually pop many times before all 3 doors are open
