2594: Alb trophy mob Croaker Jigdorn is not spawning

Description

Croaker Jigdorn is not spawning. The Faerie Frogs are not appearing in the stone cirle either.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to 57000 57000 Salisbury plains
2. Wait through several day/night cycles in game for frogs to appear
3. observe that no frogs appear in the stone circie

Intended Behavior

The Faerie Frogs are normal mobs that should be in the stone circle and are not spawning. Croaker Jigdorn is not spawning either - possibly due to the other frogs not spawning.

Evidence

Croaker Jigdown should spawn in the stone circle located at 57000 57000 Salisbury plains.
