Horses to any location from East Lough Derg run slowly for the entire route. They never speed up. This is similar to reports of horses slowing down excessively while passing through towns but spans the entire route.
1. Go to East Lough Derg stable master
2. Buy a horse ticket, destination does not matter
3. Horse runs slowly...
Horse should travel at the same speed as on other routes.
