2613: Pet dot doesn't rupt with each tick

Description

Dots from pets should rupt the target on every tick.
Right now they rupt on the first tick only.

Reproduction Steps

1. Attack goborechend wounder
2. Run away
3. Cast a spell and it will work while dotted
