2629: Merman in Connla's Well are too high lvl! (they are bog lvl)

Description

I noticed not Far from howth in connla's well the merman were very high level to me (red around level 30-32) and I remember them being lower, did some research and I think the bog of Cullen's merman level is default in connla's well. (this is an error)

Reproduction Steps

1. /whisper 30-32 to cat (level)
2. Go to connla's well outside of howth
3. target a merman
4. red my links in evidence

Intended Behavior

correct the mobs to the specified levels in this area!
