I am a 33 Nightshade and ive noticed this "Tracker" (across from mag mell) guy has an icon like he has a quest for me, but everytime I go to him ( at different levels) he does nothing.
1. create a character? (preferably a nightshade)
2. level to 33? ( use /whisper 33) at big black cat
3. go to mag mell find the tracker and click on him
Impliment his quest or remove quest icon from NPC.

Quest icons are reserved for quest givers, this guy is a scammer!
